LONDONDERRY, NH: Over 60 hours of restoration work went into this Play and Look like NEW Williams Gorgar from 1979 for our client in Southern NH who tasked us with fining an restoring this beloved game from his childhood. We started out by repairing all the gremlins these Williams games from the late 70’s were inherently plagued with, buffing all the metal, swapping in a new playfield, new MPU/Driver board combo, rebuilding the sound board, rebuilding the power supply, adding a new style fuse board that fuses each individual solenoid, adding fuses for the 2 bridges mounted to the backboard to protect the transformer, rebuilding the flippers with modern WPC style components, rebuilding the drop target mechanisms. Then, cleaned all switches for superior reliability. Warm white LEDs for the backbox GI circuit/incandescent lighting everywhere else, New flipper buttons, new red posts all around, buffed and touched up the cabinet paint, new legs and leg hardware, new sheet of tempered playfield glass, new backglass, new coin door inserts, premium white silicone rubber all around completes this stellar GORGAR restoration!
We have another GORGAR currently in our restoration queue that is up for grabs for anyone else looking for a really nice GORGAR pinball machine. Drop us a line here to inquire about it: dave(at)pinballdoctor(dot)com
